Track the status of multiple related Jobs within the system. Perfect for situations that require multiple Job records all related to a single client.
Projects Module List View
Stage Buttons
Displays active counts of Projects in various stages. Customizable in the “Categories” module.
Search & Filter Options
- Quick Search: Search by contact name, company, or keywords.
- Advanced Filter: Search using multiple criteria.
- Archive: Display archived Project records.
Import / Export Records
- Import: Use the "⚙️" icon to download the CSV template and upload completed documents.
- Export: Select the export icon to download a CSV file of contact records.
Record Options
Select the “≡” icon to “Omit” data from the current found set. This simply hides the selected Project from your current search.
Additional Features
- “+” icon: Select to create a new, unrelated blank project.
- “Grid” view: Select to customize the column headers that display in the list view.

Button Actions

Quotes | Displays all Quote records associated to this Project. |
Jobs | Displays all Job records associated to this Project. |
Bids | Displays all Bid records associated to this Project. |
Contracts | Displays all Contract records associated to this Project. |
Overview Mode
- ID: System generated ID. Nmodifiable in Company Preferences.
- Name: Modifiable custom Project Name.
- ATTRIBUTES: Custom fields. Modifiable in the “Attributes” module.
- Client: Enter the associated Client record.
- Description: Enter the details of the Project, for internal use.
- Archive: Select or deselect to Archive/Unarchive.
- ACTIVITY LOG: System recorded actions, or user recorded activity log entries.
Additional Features
- Project Button: Use to create a new associated Quote, Job, Bid or Contract with the Project automatically assigned.

Options:
- Integrations: Perform any Project specific TRUE Integrations.
- ↻ Counts: ↻ button counts to update with any newly entered/assigned associated records.
- Custom App: Open any enabled Custom Application.
- Delete: Permenantly delete the selected Project.
