Purpose

The Stripe Integration module allows users to accept payments from customers in TRUE using Stripe as a built-in credit and debit card processing system. It provides seamless integration with Stripe's payment services, including support for the BBPOS WisePOS E card reader. Users can access this module through the Company Preferences in TRUE.

Stripe Integration

Set Up

1. Access the Stripe account dashboard.
2. Navigate to Developers > API Keys in the Stripe dashboard.
3. Ensure Live Keys are enabled.
4. Copy the Secret key from the Stripe dashboard.
5. In TRUE, select the gear icon and choose Company Preferences.
6. Select the “Integrations” section
7. Select “Stripe”.
8. Locate and paste the copied Secret Key from Stripe into the appropriate field.

Stripe Card Reader

1. Turn on the BBPOS WisePOS E Card Reader and connect it to your network.
2. Copy the registration code displayed on the reader.
3. Open your Stripe Dashboard and navigate to Payments > Readers.
4. Click "New" to add a new reader.
5. Enter the Location information and save.
6. Select the new Location and click "New" under the Readers section.
7. Enter the Registration code from the card reader and save.

Company Preferences

API Keys Section

• Secret Key: The Stripe API secret key used to authenticate and authorize transactions.

Card Reader Section

• Registration Code: A unique code used to link the BBPOS WisePOS E reader to the Stripe account.
