Purpose
The Time Review module allows users to punch in and out of work, lunch, travel, and breaks with a simple mechanism that enables more accurate payment. It also allows users to record time off requests or attendance excuses to fulfill HR needs and keep administrative staff satisfied.
List View
The Time Review module displays time records for review and management. This view will display Personnel records for the selected day.
Batch Actions
Access Batch Actions via the "⚙️" Icon. Actions apply to all users in the current “found” set of data. Available actions include:
- Auto Travel Between: Create necessary travel between records for selected personnel.
- Auto Travel Pay: Generate travel pay records for selected personnel.
- Onsite / Offsite: Batch update employees' entire week of punches to onsite or offsite.
- Approve: Approve timekeeping records for all batched personnel.
- Error Check: Review time clock records for batched personnel and generate a PDF report of errors.
- Recalculate: Update accumulated hours and account for overtime based on company preference settings.
- Lock / Unlock: Lock or unlock the entire week of records for batched personnel.
- Export: Export time clock data for all batched personnel.
- Update Web Time Clock: Sync all time clock data with web client.
Column Fields
- Personnel: Displays the name of the associated Personnel record.
- Signed Card: Indicates whether a time card has been signed for the week.
- Attendance: Displays whether the time punch is an attendance punch.
- Hours: Displays the duration of the work punches for the selected day.
- Overtime: Displays the overtime hours for the personnel records time punches for the selected day.
- Problems: Displays any problems for the personnels time punches for the selected day.
- Lock/Unlock: Lock or unlock the selected personnel records time punches for the selected day.

Selected Day Options
Select a specific day column within the Time Review module for the week to access the following options.
- New: Create a new time punch record.
- Copy: Save the day's punches to paste to another day.
- Paste: Paste a previously copied Time Punch record.
- Auto Unpaid Break: Automatically submit an unpaid break for the selected day.
- Auto Travel Between: Create necessary travel between records for the selected day.
- Auto Travel Pay: Create travel pay records for the selected day's commute.
- Auto Per Diem: Create an appropriate Per Diem when necessary.
- Lock/Unlock: Lock or unlock the entire day of punches for the day.
Actions
Access weekly punch options via the Right Arrow > next to each record:
- Auto Travel Between: Create necessary travel between records for the displayed week.
- Auto Travel Pay: Create travel pay records for the selected week's commute.
- Auto Fill Gaps: Automatically uses the Personnel's default cost center and activity to fill the gaps throughout the day.
- Auto Unpaid Break - Week: Automatically split time punches and create an "unpaid break".
- Updated Overtime: Calculate and apply regular vs overtime pay for current week.
- Check for Errors: Review punch records for the displayed week and generate an error report.
- Lock/Unlock Week: Lock or unlock an entire week of timekeeping records.
- Jump to Personnel: Navigate to this personnel record.
- Copy: Copy all punches for this personnel record for the current week.
- Paste: Paste copied punches into this week.
Selected Time Card Punch
Click on each time punch to view additional options:
- Type: View or edit the punch type.

Time/Activities:
- Start/Finish: Modify or view the start/finish time for the punch.
- Duration: Total duration of the punch, calculated using start and finish time.
- Reset: Reset the punch to 0.
- Submit: Submit the time punch.
- Onsite: Toggle between onsite and offsite.
- “+” icon: Assign an activity to this time punch.
- Activities: Require a Cost Center to be selected, displays current activity completed during this punch.
- Cost Center: Choose a cost center for the time punch record.
- GPS: Review captured GPS information for the time punch record.
- Approved: Mark as approved or not.
- Lock/Unlock: Lock or unlock individual timekeeping records.
- Notes: Review and add notes for the time punch record.
- Photos: View or submit photos associated with this time punch.
- History: Display all changes made to the corresponding time punch.
- Raw Data: Displays the raw data related to this punch, including creation times, server times, and modification history.
- Delete: Permanently delete the selected time punch.
- Copy: Save the selected time punch to paste to another day.
- Close: Close the selected time punch.
