Purpose

The System Information module displays your TRUE subscription details, current login session information, and provides quick access to download links for TRUE suite products. This is a read-only information screen that helps administrators verify subscription status and provides convenient access to TRUE-related resources.

System Information Display

The System Information screen displays key details about your TRUE subscription and login session. This is a read-only information panel.

Subscription Details

Field Description
Company Name Your registered company name in the TRUE system
Subscription Level Your current TRUE subscription tier (e.g., Standard, Professional, Enterprise)
Version Number The current TRUE Enterprise version installed on your system
License Information Number of active user licenses and license limits for your subscription

Session Information

View details about your current login session:

Field Description
Current User The username of the currently logged-in user
Login Time When the current session was initiated
Session Duration How long the current session has been active

The download links panel on the right side provides access to:

  • TRUE Fence - Fence estimating tool
  • Knowledge Base - Documentation and help resources

Some TRUE products require specific subscription levels or additional licensing. If a download link is unavailable or grayed out, your current subscription may not include access to that product. Contact your TRUE account representative to discuss upgrading your subscription or adding the required licenses.

  1. Navigate to Gear Icon > System Information.
  2. Look for the Version Number field in the Subscription Details section.

Configuration & Administration

All users with access to the system settings menu can view the System Information screen. The information displayed is read-only and does not expose sensitive data beyond basic subscription and session details.

Check the License Information field on the System Information screen. This displays your active user count and license limits. If you're approaching your limit, contact your TRUE account representative to discuss adding more licenses before additional users are blocked from accessing the system.
