Purpose
Provide limited access to TRUE for field and shop workers who need more functionality than what’s available in our unlimited user “TRUE Field” mobile app, but less than a full TRUE user. TRUE Limited isn't meant for anyone handling any office or sales responsibilities. It is strictly for shop and field crew leaders.
For example: This allows employees to have access to the "Time Review" module to modify their own unlocked, unapproved punches, not anyone else's. TRUE Limited users will also not have access to the “Jobs” module, preventing them from viewing or modifying the sell price of work they’re performing.
Module Access Defined
The TRUE Limited user type will have access to the following modules
