Purpose
The Custom Dashboard is designed to support the unique workflow of Viking Fence. This will display all of the relevant Sales, Scheduling, and Installation type information for each facility and give the user quick access to all of the relevant areas of TRUE with the simple click of a button.

Modules Defined
Users can select one of the six different module buttons to navigate to the specific module at the top of the screen. This displays every record in the system for the corresponding type of module. In general, users should not need to navigate directly to the module utilizing these buttons and should use the colorful navigation buttons (described within the “Dashboard” section). These are the following modules that a user can navigate to:

Routes | Opens the Routing module. Allows the user to view all of the existing Routes in TRUE. |
Note: If you find yourself in an unfamiliar area of TRUE and wish to navigate back to the Custom Dashboard, simply select the "Lightning bolt" quick action icon and click the "Dashboard" option.
Additional Features

Understanding the Dashboard
The Custom Dashboard will display for users when TRUE is opened. This is the primary way for Viking Fence users to navigate through TRUE.
Note: If the Custom Dashboard does not load automatically, please reach out to a supervisor so that they may get it corrected.
Facility Drop Down
This controls the facility information that is displayed within the Custom Dashboard. By default, user accounts will automatically have a facility set based on their Personnel records and their dashboard should automatically reflect the correct facility location. Once a facility is selected, TRUE will display the correct counts for the specified facility.
Note: A user can attempt use this tool to view other facility counts, however, none will display unless they are specifically assigned to them or they have been given access.
Dashboard Navigation Buttons
Users can quickly access specific areas of TRUE with various colored navigation buttons.
Colors Defined
Each button has a unique color that represents the internal Viking Fence role that button relates to. These roles and colors are defined below:
Green = Sales | Blue = Dispatcher |

Note: The colors of each individual button may vary depending on the user's account. This is determined by a variety of access permissions. Do not be alarmed if the colors do not match the image at the beginning of this article.

Dispatcher | Change Order Rental Agreements that have been signed by a customer and a salesperson has confirmed the change. Schedule List
This displays a list of the schedules for the current day. This allows you to view an overview of these records and navigate to them. Simply select the record and you will be brought to the Planning workflow for that schedule record.
