3. Open the Estimates mode
4. Click the Gear icon
5. Select Integrations
6. Click the STACK button
7. Authenticate into STACK when prompted
8. Perform your takeoff in STACK
9. Click the STACK button again to import your takeoffs

Each Estimate created in STACK will create a unique Estimate in TRUE's Bids module.

Commonly used by residential or small jobs salespeople to perform quick takeoffs in STACK while using TRUE for quoting, eSign, ePay, and Jobs management.

Each Estimate created in STACK will be added using the Multiple Quotes feature within the originating Quote in TRUE.

Commonly used to track subdivisions with many differing elevation plans for Lots. Once imported into TRUE, Lot plans can be promoted to Jobs for work at each unique residence.

Each Estimate created in STACK will create unique Quotes in TRUE's Quotes module. This assumes each Estimate is a different Lot elevation plan.

STACK is a cloud-based takeoff and estimating software that allows construction professionals to perform digital takeoffs from blueprints and plans. Using STACK, estimators can measure quantities, calculate materials, and create detailed cost estimates. The TRUE integration creates a two-way connection that allows you to create projects in STACK from TRUE, then import completed takeoffs back into your workflow.

Create a Quote, Bid, or Project in TRUE before taking any action in STACK.

1. Create the record in TRUE (Quote, Bid, or Project)
2. Navigate to the appropriate mode (Items, Estimates, or Options)
3. Click the STACK button to create a project in STACK
4. Authenticate into STACK when prompted
5. Perform your takeoff in STACK
6. Return to TRUE and click STACK again to import

TRUE's STACK integration works with Material Estimates and Labor Estimates. It is not set up to support Unit Cost Estimates.

• Material Estimates: Supported - imports quantities and material costs
• Labor Estimates: Supported - imports labor hours and rates
• Unit Cost Estimates: Not supported

STACK integration is available from three modules, each with a different workflow:

• Bids: Access via Estimates mode > Gear > Integrations > STACK
• Quotes: Access via Items mode > Gear > Integrations > STACK
• Projects: Access via Options > Integrations > STACK

The STACK button performs two functions depending on the current state:

• First click: Creates a new Project in STACK based on the record in TRUE and prompts you to authenticate
• Subsequent clicks: Imports your completed takeoffs from STACK into TRUE

Perform your takeoff in STACK between clicks to ensure data is ready to import.
