Purpose
The Wisetack integration enables businesses to offer financing options for residential construction projects, with loan amounts ranging from $500 to $25,000. This feature allows customers to apply for and receive financing approval directly through TRUE's interface, streamlining the payment process for residential projects such as fencing, asphalt paving, and home improvements.
Access this integration through Settings > Company Preferences > Integrations > Payment Processing section.
Setup Process
Initial Configuration
- Navigate to Company Preferences
- Select Integrations
- Scroll to the Payment Processing section
- Click the "Wisetack Sign Up" button
Important Notes
- No credit check is required during the sign-up process
- Application review typically takes 1-7 business days
- Upon approval, a checkbox appears next to "Wisetack" in the integrations page
Financing Features
Quote/Job Integration
Minimum Requirements
- Quote or job amount must be at least $500
- Maximum financing amount is $25,000
Financing Button
- Located in the overview tab of quotes and jobs
- Displays estimated monthly payment information
- Shows APR and total payment details
- Available even if Wisetack is not activated (can be hidden if not needed)
Creating Financing Applications
Direct Application
- Navigate to quote or job
- Click the Financing tile
- Select "Send Financing Application"
- Enter desired financing amount
- Choose delivery method (email or text)
E-Sign/E-Pay Integration
- Financing options appear during e-sign and e-pay processes
- Customers can initiate financing application during payment
- System automatically disables payment options when financing is in progress
Application Management
Tracking Applications
- View all applications through the Financing tile
- Monitor current status of each application
- Access application links for sharing
- Cancel or refund applications when eligible
Payment Processing
- Approved loans automatically create payment records in TRUE
- System generates appropriate invoices and applies payments
- Down payments are automatically processed for quotes
Communication Features
Email Templates
- New merge field available: Financing Application URL
- Can be incorporated into custom email templates
- Allows for standardized financing communication
Customer Communication
- Customers receive direct communication from Wisetack
- Application links can be accessed independently of TRUE
- No TRUE login required for application process
