Purpose

The Phone List feature allows users to quickly view telephone numbers for company employees and personnel. It enables adding multiple telephone numbers for each employee and managing which numbers appear in the list.

To access the Phone List, select the lightning bolt icon at the top of the screen and choose "Phone List".


Phone List Module

The Phone List displays a compilation of personnel telephone numbers that have been selected to show in the list.

 

Add Phone Number to the Phone List

  1. Navigate to the HR workflow
  2. Select the Personnel tab
  3. Search and select the desired personnel record
  4. On the Overview tab, select an existing telephone record or add a new one by clicking the "+" icon
  5. In the Edit Phone screen, select the blue "Show on Phone List" text at the bottom

Remove Phone Number from the Phone List

  1. Navigate to the HR workflow
  2. Select the Personnel tab
  3. Search and select the desired personnel record
  4. On the Overview tab, select the telephone record to remove
  5. Select the green "Hide from Phone List" text
