Purpose

The Phone List feature allows users to quickly view telephone numbers for company employees and personnel. Add multiple telephone numbers for each employee and manage which numbers appear in the list through the Personnel module.

View all personnel telephone numbers that have been selected to show in the list

Accessing the Phone List

Access the phone list from any screen in TRUE:

  1. Click the lightning bolt icon at the top of the screen
  2. Select Phone List from the dropdown menu
  3. View all personnel phone numbers configured to display
  1. Navigate to the lightning bolt icon
  2. Select Phone List
  3. Once the Phone List is open, click the export icon at the top-right of the screen
  4. After the export is complete, select the file to download

Managing Phone Numbers

Add and remove phone numbers from the list via Personnel records

Add Phone Number to the Phone List

  1. Navigate to the HR workflow
  2. Select the Personnel tab
  3. Search and select the desired personnel record
  4. On the Overview tab, select an existing telephone record or add a new one by clicking the + icon
  5. In the Edit Phone screen, click the blue Show on Phone List text at the bottom

Remove Phone Number from the Phone List

  1. Navigate to the HR workflow
  2. Select the Personnel tab
  3. Search and select the desired personnel record
  4. On the Overview tab, select the telephone record to remove
  5. Click the green Hide from Phone List text

General Usage

Phone numbers are added through the Personnel module:

  1. Navigate to HR > Personnel
  2. Open your personnel record
  3. On the Overview tab, add or select a phone number
  4. Click Show on Phone List to make it visible

Yes, each personnel record can have multiple phone numbers. For each number:

  • Add the phone number to the personnel record
  • Individually select which numbers appear on the Phone List
  • Different numbers can have different visibility settings
  1. Open the Phone List from the lightning bolt menu
  2. Click the export icon at the top-right of the screen
  3. Wait for the export to complete
  4. Select the file to download to your computer

If your number isn't appearing, verify the following:

  • The phone number is entered in your Personnel record
  • The Show on Phone List option is enabled for that number
  • If recently added, refresh the Phone List to see updates
