The GDS Estimating Integration transfers detailed takeoff information directly from GDS Estimating (WinBidPro) into TRUE, eliminating manual data entry and reducing errors in the estimating process. This integration is essential for glass and glazing contractors who need to maintain accuracy when moving complex estimates into their project workflow.

Materials Module

Import GDS data into the Materials module to create material records with specifications and pricing.

Click the Gear icon
Select Integrations
Choose GDS
Select the file type to import (Glass Orders, Parts List, or Labor Data)

Open your project in GDS Estimating (WinBidPro)
Navigate to the export function for the data type you need

Save the file to a location you can easily access
