Method 1: Email Capture (New Bills)

Setup Email Capture
One-time configuration
- Navigate to Bills module
- Click the green '+' button
- Select Email Capture
- Copy the provided email address
- Save as contact "TRUE Bills" in your email client
📧 Daily Use: Simply forward vendor invoices to the capture address. TRUE creates bill records with all fields and line items populated.

Upload invoices to existing records
- Select or create a bill from your Bills list
- Upload the vendor invoice via the “Files” icon (PDF, JPG, PNG)
- Click Options in the toolbar
- Select AI AutoFill
- Upload the vendor invoice (PDF, JPG, PNG)
- AI attempts to read and populate all relevant fields
- Review the extracted information
