One-time setup (5 minutes)
Why this is helpful: Easily import ITBs from any source directly into TRUE to compile them into an easy to use list to assign, evaluate, and promote to Bid status. TRUE reads the emails, stores them, grabs the customer, address, and bid due date, project info, and sets it all up for you automatically.
Initial Setup
- Opportunities → '+' → Email Capture
- Copy email address
- Save as contact in your preferred email client
Daily Use
- Add code to email
- Forward ITB to Email Capture email
- Review in TRUE

Bills Processing
Why this is helpful: No more manual data entry of bills. TRUE will read the bill for you, populate the line items, quantities, and amounts…saving you time and letting you focus on coding the bills accurately.

- Select or create PO
- Upload vendor quote via Files button
- Click Options → AI AutoFill
- Review populated fields and send

Scope of Work Generator
Automatically generate professional project descriptions based on line items in Quotes, Jobs, and Bids. AI creates comprehensive scope of work documentation with a single click.
How to use:
- Navigate to a Quote, Job, or Bid record
- Locate the "Description" or "Scope of Work" field
- Click the AI icon next to the field
- Review the prompt: "Create a scope of work based on the line items of this Quote"
- Modify the prompt if needed or click "Continue" to generate
Available in: Quotes, Jobs, and Bids modules
