Purpose

Instructions for adjusting subscriptions and creating new users. This process requires additional TRUE user licenses, adjustable at anytime within your solution.


Adding New Users 

With Available User Seats

If you've already added, or had our team add additional TRUE user seats, and they. For accounts with TRUE Field enabled, all users created will automatically have access. 

  1. Select the “⚙️” icon
  2. Click the “Users / Access” module (Requires Access ID 63)
  3. In the “Users” module, select the “+” icon.
  4. Enter the account name and password. First and Last Name is recommended.
  5. Click submit to save.
  6. In the “Access” mode,  locate the "User Access Type" section
  7. Select the “TRUE” checkbox to assign the seat.

Without Available User Seats

No existing seats? No problem. Utilize our subscription management features to add or remove user seats. You can use our “Manage My Subscription” feature to add additional full TRUE seats, TRUE Limited seats, Calendar seats, and more.

  1. Select the “?” icon on the top right corner of TRUE.
  2. Click the “Setup / Subscription” option.
  3. On the right hand side, select “Manage My Subscription”.
  4. Locate the “Additional Users” section.
  5. In the “NEW” column, modify the user count to reflect the additional seats. you'd like to add or remove.
  6. Click “Adjust Subscription”.
  7. Create the user seat within the “Users/Access” module normally and assign the new seat!

TRUE Field

If the TRUE Field package is enabled, all new users will automatically gain TRUE Field access. All you need to do is create the user account.

  1. Select the “⚙️” icon
  2. Click the “Users / Access” module (Requires Access ID 63)
  3. In the “Users” module, select the “+” icon.
  4. Enter the account name and password. First and Last Name is recommended.
  5. Click submit to save.
  6. TRUE Field users can utilize the username and password information, as well as your unique “Client ID” (found in “⚙️” > “System Information”) to login on their mobile device.

TRUE Time

Create employee “Personnel” records to begin tracking time using the TRUE Time app.

  1. Select the "hamburger" workflow icon on the top left.
  2. Select the "HR" workflow.
  3. Select the "Personnel" module. 
  4. Create a new record via the “+” icon or select an existing one.
  5. Select the “Details” mode.
  6. Locate the “Time Clock PIN” field and enter a unique four digit PIN and select the “Time Clock” checkbox.

Note: To access TRUE Time, users will need a PIN as well as a “Client ID” which can be found in the “gear” icon > “System Information”.
