Purpose

Located in the upper right-hand corner of the screen, the question mark icon will give you the option to view the corresponding help guide in the TRUE Help Center, submit a help ticket, view previous session recordings, or enter company-wide Instructions.

Knowledge Base

Click the button titled "Help" to navigate to the TRUE Help Center in a new browser window. Based on which module you are in when you select this button, TRUE will navigate you to the corresponding help guide. You can then browse all the available Knowledge-Based Articles.

Request Support

Click the question mark icon and select the "Request Support" option to submit a support ticket to our support team. Each ticket will be automatically generated into our team's internal task-tracking system to get you the fastest response.

  • "Identification" Section: TRUE will automatically fill in the provided fields using the user information assigned to your account. Please, feel free to modify the contact information accordingly based on the ticket you are submitting
  • "How Can We Help You?" Section: Use this section to define/outline your support request and provide any available screenshots or images to allow our team to better serve you. The more information you are able to provide, the faster our team will be able to assist.

Session Recordings

Unless otherwise specified, most training sessions with TRUE are recorded and recordings can be found within your solution. 

  • Users can download the files onto the computer or open them within TRUE window for easy viewing. 
  • Only Admin or Full Access users can upload videos to this module.

Instructions

This feature is meant to be used for setup and training purposes. It simply allows our team a space to keep a log of workflow rules for both your and our benefit.

  • If you have any specific requests or rules that fall outside a standard workflow, we will record these here to ensure our team can provide a higher quality of support.
  • Any support member providing training will be up-to-date with any of these unique rules or requests that are recorded in this field.
