Desktop Computers

TRUE works on any desktop computer or laptop on an internet web browser.

• A Windows or macOS operating system is required to utilize all TRUE features.
• The TRUE team recommends the Google Chrome browser for an optimum experience. 
  
  • Other Supported Browsers
• It is recommended to view TRUE in a web browser on a computer screen of a minimum of 13 inches.
• Smaller screens may require the user to scroll down or left/right to view all of the information in the web browser OR reduce the zoom to less than 100% to view the entirety of the solution.

Mobile Phones

TRUE Field and TRUE Time are mobile apps that are available in both the Google Play and Apple iTunes App stores, designed for both Android and Apple phones.

Apple iOS iPhone requirements:

• TRUE Time: minimum iOS 9.0 or above
• TRUE Field: minimum iOS 9.0 or above
•  Older iOS versions may work at reduced performance and functionality.

Android Phone requirements:

• TRUE Time: minimum Android 4.1 and above
• TRUE Field: minimum Android 4.1 and above

Tablets

TRUE Go, TRUE Field, and TRUE Time are mobile apps that are available in both the Google Play and Apple iTunes App stores, designed for both Android and Apple phones, as well as being accessible via web browser. 

Apple iOS iPad requirements:

• TRUE Go: minimum iOS 15 or above
• TRUE Time: minimum iOS 9.0 or above
• TRUE Field:  minimum iOS 9.0 or above
•  Older iOS versions may work at reduced performance and functionality. 

Android Tablets requirements:

• TRUE Go: minimum Android 5.0 and above
• TRUE Time: minimum Android 4.4 and above
• TRUE Field: minimum Android 4.4 and above
• Some functionality may be impacted by specific Android versions or devices. 
• For Androids, we recommend a 10" screen with 1920 x 1080 resolution or an 8" screen with 2048 x 1536 resolution.  
• Different Android devices scale applications in various ways.

  Warning: Android tablets with a resolution less than 1920 x 1080 may not support the tablet version of the TRUE Go application and may default to the phone version of TRUE Go.
  
  *TRUE Go on a tablet has the same capability as the desktop version. TRUE Go on a mobile phone is a slimmed-down version of the solution due to size and space limitations for mobile phones. 

   

TRUE Go Web Browser requirement:

• Recommended: Google Chrome web browser application for both device types
• All screens within TRUE Go are designed to be viewed horizontally on tablet devices.

Internet Speed Recommendations

• The recommended internet speed is 8Mbps per TRUE user for download & upload speeds, in addition to other business and company-related speed requirements.
• Generally, if the company has 10 TRUE users, it is recommended to ensure that at least 80Mbps is allotted for TRUE, in addition to other company requirements. 
• If the current internet upload/download speeds for the company are 80Mbps, consider increasing to the next tier or increasing to 100Mbps for optimal internet speeds.
• Using TRUE with lower-than-recommended network speeds may result in abnormal loading or delays.
• Consult your internet service provider or IT representative with questions about your bandwidth options.
• Keep in mind, if personnel stream YouTube, surf the internet, have employee phones connected to company WiFi, or are using VoIP phones, this will all affect the overall performance of the internet service.
