Data Sync

The Sage Intacct integration supports synchronization of the following data types:

  • Multi-entity accounting records - Complex organizational structures with multiple legal entities
  • Project cost tracking - Detailed project financials including costs, budgets, and revenue
  • Custom financial reporting - Specialized report formats for business-specific needs
  • Automated transaction processing - Financial transactions sync automatically based on configuration
  • Dimensional accounting data - Multi-level accounting structures (departments, locations, projects, custom dimensions)

The Sage Intacct integration is designed to support complex organizational structures with multiple legal entities, business units, and divisions. TRUE ERP transactions can be mapped to specific entities in Sage Intacct based on company preferences and transaction attributes, ensuring accurate financial reporting across your entire organization.

Note: Multi-entity mapping configuration is managed in Company Preferences. Work with your system administrator to establish entity mapping rules.

Dimensional accounting in Sage Intacct allows you to track financial data across multiple dimensions beyond traditional account codes. This includes:

  • Departments - Track costs and revenue by business department

  • Projects - Measure project-specific costs and profitability
  • Custom Dimensions - Define business-specific tracking dimensions

TRUE ERP maps these dimensions automatically based on job, contract, and transaction attributes, providing detailed financial visibility in Sage Intacct.
