Import an eMullion Installer Guide PDF to automatically create Work Tickets with linked materials.

1. Navigate to a Job or Contract record in TRUE
2. Click the View button
3. Select Materials
4. Within the Materials module, click the Gear icon (⚙️) on the right side
5. Select Integrations
6. Choose e/PWS
7. Drag and drop the Installer Guide PDF file into the Installer Guide panel
8. Wait for processing to complete

Importing an Installer Guide automatically creates multiple linked records:

• Work Tickets: One Work Ticket is created for each page of the imported PDF
• Material Links: Specific door materials are automatically associated with their corresponding Work Tickets
• Assembly Instructions: Door assembly instructions are attached directly to each Work Ticket for field technicians

1. Navigate to Company Preferences
2. Select the Integrations section
3. Locate e/PWS and enable the checkbox

Once enabled, the e/PWS option will appear in the Integrations menu when viewing Materials from a Job or Contract.

The e/PWS integration is available from the Materials module when accessed from a Job or Contract record:

1. Open a Job or Contract record
2. Click View > Materials
3. Click the Gear icon (⚙️)
4. Select Integrations > e/PWS

Processing time depends on the size of the Installer Guide PDF. Larger PDFs with many pages will take longer as each page creates a separate Work Ticket with linked materials and assembly instructions. A PDF with many door openings could take several minutes to process completely.

Each Work Ticket created from the import includes:

• Door specifications from the Installer Guide page
• Linked materials for that specific door
• Assembly instructions attached as a file
• Connection to the parent Job or Contract

The intelligent material linking feature automatically associates specific door materials with their corresponding Work Tickets. This enables seamless inventory tracking and depletion as Work Tickets are completed and materials are used.
