TRUE now offers a powerful new addition to the integration with eMullion, revolutionizing your door installation workflow. By importing an eMullion "Installer Guide," you can automate key processes and enhance efficiency across your projects.

Key Features

1. Automated Work Ticket Creation:
   • Each page of the imported PDF generates a separate Work Ticket in TRUE.
   • Eliminates manual data entry, reducing errors and saving time.
2. Intelligent Material Linking:
   • The system automatically associates specific door materials with their corresponding Work Tickets.
   • Enables seamless inventory tracking and depletion.
3. Integrated Assembly Instructions:
   • Door assembly instructions are directly attached to each Work Ticket.
   • Provides instant access to crucial information for field technicians.

How to Use 

1. Navigate to a Job or Contract record in TRUE.
2. Select the “View” button.
3. Click “Materials”
4. Within the Materials module, select the “"⚙️"” icon on the right hand side of the screen.
5. Click “Integrations”.
6. Select e/PWS.
7. Drag and drop the file in the “Installer Guide” panel.

Depending on the size of the PDF, this could take a couple of minutes to generate all the linked records in TRUE.
