Purpose
When reporting an issue within TRUE, screenshots helps our team to expedite the resolution.
- Include the entire screen of TRUE when submitting screenshots so we can see as much information on the screen as possible.
- Please click the relevant link below to obtain information regarding taking screenshots (choose based on the operating system you're using):
- Navigate to the Question Mark Icon and select “Request Support”
- Users can then simply drag and drop screenshots or other files into the "Screenshot" field of the submission screen (Shown Here).
