Steps to create and send video recordings or screenshots when reporting issues.
Screenshots
When reporting an issue within TRUE, screenshots helps our team to expedite the resolution.
- Include the entire screen of TRUE when submitting screenshots so we can see as much information on the screen as possible.
- Please click the relevant link below to obtain information regarding taking screenshots (choose based on the operating system you're using):
- Navigate to the Question Mark Icon and select “Request Support”
- Users can then simply drag and drop screenshots or other files into the "Screenshot" field of the submission screen.
Recordings
To submit video recordings, refer to the link HERE. Alternatively, navigate to the “?” icon > “Screen Recorder” option
Note: Not available on older versions of TRUE.
