How do I install the TRUE Time application?

1. Choose the appropriate app store for your device:
   • Apple Devices: iTunes Store
   • Android Devices: Google Play Store
2. Search for "TRUE Time" and download the app.
3. Launch the app by selecting the TRUE Time icon on your mobile device.
4. On the settings page, select Continue.
5. Enter the email associated with the TRUE subscription into the Registration Email field.
6. Select Save Settings.

How do I clock in?

First, determine if this is for office use or field use. The “Time Clock” feature can be used to manually punch in, directly within TRUE for full TRUE users, while “TRUE Time” app allows for users (field included) to punch into “Schedule” records related to a Cost Center (Job/Contract/etc.), or directly into other Cost Centers.

1. Open the TRUE Time app.
2. Enter your assigned four-digit pin and select the green Go button.
3. On the weekly summary screen, choose a cost center to clock into (Divisions, Facilities, Projects, Orders, or Tickets).
4. Select the specific job and choose Punch In.
5. Alternatively, use the “Schedules” button to clock into Schedules for related projects (Jobs, Contracts, etc).

How do I punch out and select an activity?

1. If the app is still active, the Open Punch screen will appear. If not, re-enter your four-digit pin.
2. Select the red Punch Out button.
3. Choose an Activity to complete the punch.
4. Add any necessary notes in the field above the Complete button.
5. Select Complete to finish the punch.

How do I create an employee time clock pin?

1. In TRUE, navigate to the HR module and select the Personnel tab.
2. Select a personnel record or create a new one.
3. In the Time Clock PIN field, enter a unique four-digit numerical pin.
4. Click the box to the right of the pin field to activate the time clock pin for the employee.

Can I track GPS coordinates for punches?

Yes, managers can view locational GPS coordinates where employees are beginning and ending their punches. This data will only be obtained if the user has allowed the application to access locational data on their device.
