You can link existing products in TRUE to TOAD configurations for pricing updates and configuration management.

1. Navigate to Products/Services module
2. Select the product you want to link
3. Click the Hamburger menu icon on the row
4. Select Configure in TOAD
5. Complete the configuration in the TOAD window
6. Save to link the TOAD configuration to the product

TOAD includes a manufacturer search feature to help you find the right door hardware products.

When configuring hardware in TOAD, you can search by manufacturer to narrow down product options. This is especially useful when you know the manufacturer but not the specific product number.

The search feature eliminates the need to scroll through all manufacturers to find what you need.

The current integration uses TOAD's TOP-View web application with JSON export. This means:

• No desktop software installation needed

• Configuration and export happen in your web browser

Products linked to TOAD can have their pricing updated from TOAD's current manufacturer prices.

Price updates are handled through the Vendor Update feature:

1. Navigate to Products/Services module
2. Click the Gear icon
3. Select Vendor Update
4. TOAD-linked products will update from current manufacturer pricing

If running a price update doesn't change your product prices, there are a few possible reasons:

• Price hasn't changed: TOAD's manufacturer pricing may be the same as what's already in TRUE
• Manual override: If you manually changed the price in TRUE, verify the TOAD link is still active
• Product not linked: Ensure the product shows "TOAD" in the list view
• Configuration issue: The TOAD configuration may need to be re-linked

To verify pricing, compare your TRUE price with the current price shown in TOAD directly.
