How to Create a Job?

1. From the ≡ Icon, navigate to the "Directory" section, and then click the "Projects" module.
2. Once loaded, Select the "+" icon.
3. Select the "Add Client" button to populate your customer information.
4. Select the "<" button to confirm changes.

How to Add a Jobsite Address?

1. Open the "Information" mode.
2. Click the "Add Address" field.
3. Enter the Jobsite information, select the correct address from the list.

How to Create a Drawing?

To create a drawing in TRUE Fence:

1. Click the "Selections" mode.
2. Select the "Choose Selection" option.
3. Click the "New Proposal" button.
4. Your default drawing application will open.

Note: If you'd like to choose either the TRUE Fence V2 (to scale) or V3 option (sketch, not to scale with google image overlay), you can modify the default option within your preferences.

How to Generate a Proposal?

1. Once a drawing has been saved, navigate to the "Selections" mode.
2. Add the products you'd like to generate a Quote for by choosing the "Choose Product" button.
3. Once your proposal is ready to be generated, select the "eForm" button.
4. From here, you can download or open your eForm or make any additional modifications.

Note: Users are able to create or modify their products and pricing via the "Catalog" found in the "⚙️" icon. 

How to Configure Your Product Catalog?

1. Select the "⚙️" icon on the top right.
2. Click "Catalog".
3. Perform a search via the "Show All" button or click the "+" icon to add a new product. You can also use the "Advanced Filter" to find specific products or perform a search on specific fields.
4. Click on the product on the left, and the product details will appear on the right.
5. Ensure the fields in the "Details", "Pricing", and "Components" modes are accurate to your desired specifications.

What are Preferences?

The Preferences mode allow you to modify the default configuration for various items within TRUE Fence, such as the drawing application, text display options for products and eForms, button display, and company information for eForms.

How to add Company Information?

1. Select the "⚙️" icon and click "Preferences".
2. Locate the "eForms" section.
3. Drag and drop a logo, and enter the relevant name, number, email and website information.
4. Select the "<" button on the top left to save changes.

How to Enable TRUE Draw V3 "No Scale"?

1. Select the "⚙️" icon and click "Preferences".
2. Locate the "TRUE Draw" section.
3. Ensure the "Use Unscaled Drawing" option is selected.
