Batch Actions

Many modules support batch actions that allow you to perform operations on multiple records at once.

  1. Select the checkboxes next to the records you want to process.
  2. Pink batch action buttons will appear at the top of the list.
  3. Click the desired action (Approve, Delete, Archive, Complete, etc.).
  4. Deselect records to hide the batch action buttons.

Note: Available batch actions vary by module. Refer to each module's documentation for specific options.

Search & Filtering

Most modules provide multiple ways to find and filter records.

Feature Description

Status Buttons Click colored status buttons to filter records by their current status (e.g., Open, Pending, Completed).
Blue Filter Links Click blue text links to apply predefined filters for specific record types.
Advanced Filter Access comprehensive search options with multiple criteria. See the Advanced Filter guide for detailed syntax.

Text Formatting (Rich Text Editor)

Certain long-text fields across TRUE (for example, Description and Notes fields on Quotes, Jobs, Invoices, and Bids) support rich text formatting. Clicking into one of these fields opens the Text Editor toolbar shown below.

Icon Description
Normal ▾ Style Choose the paragraph/heading style applied to the selected text.
B Bold, I Italic, U Underline, S Strikethrough Apply standard text formatting to the selected text.
A Text Color, 🖊 Highlight Color Set the font color or highlight (background) color of the selected text.
1. Numbered List, Bulleted List Format the selected text as a numbered or bulleted list.
Tx Clear Formatting Remove formatting from the selected text only.
✕ All Clear All Remove all formatting from the entire field.

Formatting carries to generated PDFs: formatting entered in a rich-text field (bold, lists, colors, etc.) carries through to the matching field on that module's generated eForm PDF. See each module's own documentation for which fields and eForms support rich text.

Logging Out

To safely and securely log out of TRUE:

  1. Select the (hamburger) icon in the upper left corner of the screen.
  2. Select Log Out from the main menu.

Tip: Always log out when finished to maintain account security, especially on shared devices.
